Friendly reception staff, delicious and reasonably priced room service food, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, convenient location near the airport and supermarket.

The hotel offered a delicious breakfast menu with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff members were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the hotel's location was perfect, as it was conveniently situated near a market and other hotels, providing easy access to everything we needed.

There were some areas of improvement. The cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to par, with mildew on the walls and a cigarette smell, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room.

A decent room with a sea view and appropriate room cleaning service. The hot water shower was perfect. The hotel had a nice lobby. The breakfast restaurant was decent with good continental food. The staff were kind and helpful.

We had a great stay here. The hotel is situated in a bustling area, full of attractions, shops and restaurants. There is so much to explore nearby - it's perfect for a city break. The room was equipped with everything we needed, including a mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were professional and attentive to our needs, offering excellent service throughout our stay.

Great location, within walking distance to the Convention Center and London City Airport. The hotel staff was accommodating and made an effort to make my niece's birthday special. Plenty of convenience shops, restaurants, and takeaways nearby.

The leisure facilities including the swimming pool and sauna were a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. the service and comfort provided by this hotel were excellent.

Additionally, there is an Indian restaurant called nh17, which is perfect for guests craving authentic Indian cuisine. The rooms are spacious enough to accommodate three people comfortably, and the staff provides professional and quick service. The breakfast served at the hotel is delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

One negative aspect of the hotel is that the windows in the rooms do not effectively block out external noise, which can be disruptive for light sleepers.
